Questions about review.

Do I need a paid account to open a public link?

No. Public view links can be opened without a paid account. A public explore link from a Pro or Business owner also opens without a paid recipient seat; named guest access uses sign-in.

Can I comment or request changes in the shared view?

That is not promised in the launch sharing design. Review and communication tools will be described as they are released.
